cosign-installer v4.1.2 installs cosign 3.x, where sign-blob writes a bundle and the separate --output-certificate/--output-signature flags fail with 'create bundle file: open : no such file or directory' (release run 40198699489 for v0.1.0). Signed-off-by: Andrew Anderson <andy@clubanderson.com>

The v0.1.0 release run (https://github.com/hivecommons/crux/actions/runs/40198699489) failed in goreleaser's sign step: cosign-installer v4.1.2 installs cosign 3.x, whose
sign-blobwrites a single sigstore bundle and rejects the v2-style--output-certificate/--output-signaturepair withcreate bundle file: open : no such file or directory. Use--bundle=${signature}withchecksums.txt.sigstore.jsonas goreleaser's cosign v3 docs describe. Verify withcosign verify-blob --bundle checksums.txt.sigstore.json checksums.txt.Scaffolding only, no Go changes. v0.1.0 will be re-tagged once this merges.
