The comment at hive-docs-refresh.yml:48-50 describes heal mode as appending to files.json and syncing only. It should mention the page-map.ts nav edit; it can be fixed in the same human commit that adds src/app/docs/page-map.ts to add-paths, since the hive App cannot push workflow edits.
