Fixes #484

Summary

• Add the Community meetings page to llms.txt, including the configured every-other-Thursday, 10:00 AM Eastern schedule.
• Add the canonical mailing list, Discord, and meeting recordings short links.
• Add a changelog fragment.

Validation

• Reviewed CONTRIBUTING.md and self-reviewed the two-file diff.
• Markdown lint, TypeScript, internal links, ESLint (existing warnings only), and Prettier passed.
• All 1,284 tests across 118 files passed with coverage: 99.24% statements, 97.47% branches, 100% functions, 99.73% lines.
• Verified the new links and schedule against the Join page, navigation, and meeting configuration.
• Production build compiled and passed TypeScript, but a worker received SIGKILL during static page generation; the full build did not complete.
• typos is unavailable in the contributor environment.

This appears to duplicate #485, which merged at 15:11 UTC and already closed #484.

What I verified:

• #485 (f52dda7) added exactly the four ## Community lines this PR targets in public/llms.txt — Community meetings (same schedule text), Mailing list, Discord, Meeting recordings — with the same URLs.
• Against current main, this PR's remaining delta to public/llms.txt is a wording-only change to the three description phrases (e.g. community chat → chat with the community); no new link, page, or fact is added.
• It would also add a second changelog fragment (changelog.d/fixed-484-llms-community.md) for an issue #485's fragment already covers.

Nothing here is wrong — it is just already landed. If you agree, this one could be closed in favour of #485. I have not closed anything.

Decision needed: @clubanderson should decide whether #486 is closed as superseded by merged #485 (which already resolved #484), or kept as a wording-only tweak after its duplicate changelog fragment is dropped.

The substantive change this PR describes already landed in #485 (f52dda7, merged 2026-10-26 15:11Z), which closed #484. After the rebase onto that commit, what remains in this PR is:

• public/llms.txt:30-32 — three description rewrites only ("community chat" → "chat with the community", etc.). The Community-meetings line and all three links are unchanged from #485.
• changelog.d/fixed-484-llms-community.md — a second fragment for #484 that says it adds the meetings page and links. changelog.d/added-484-llms-txt-community-links.md from #485 already records that addition, so merging this as-is would produce two changelog entries for one change, and the new one would be inaccurate (the diff no longer adds anything).

The PR body ("Add the Community meetings page…", "Fixes #484") describes the pre-rebase diff rather than the current one, and #484 is already closed.

Recommendation for a maintainer: close in favour of #485, or — if the reworded descriptions are preferred — ask for the changelog fragment to be removed and the body/title updated to describe a wording tweak. I have not closed anything.
