Step 3 of
runbooks/site-rollback.mdsaid a sync failure falls back to committed content and never fails the build. Sincescripts/run-sync-step.tsmakes everyprebuildsync strict (fails the build unlessDOCS_SYNC_OPTIONAL=1, which is local-only), matching the README. This rewrites the step so operators do not rule out an unreachable sync source during a red deploy, and adds Crux and Spektacular to the synced-project list.Docs-only change plus a changelog fragment.
