Why

Crux shipped v0.1.0 on 2026-10-25 and got its docs section in #490. The project switcher, footer, llms.txt and shared.json were all updated to include it. But "What is Hive Commons?", the community entry page in the top navbar, still described a seven-project family. So did the "useful on their own" sentence in Join Hive Commons. A newcomer reading either page wouldn't know Crux exists. This PR adds Crux to both pages and includes a changelog fragment.

Claim evidence

• Crux is the agent runtime inside Hive, split out for reuse. Sources: the hivecommons/crux repo description ("The agent runtime from Hive, split out for reuse") and the crux README "What is this?" section ("It is the engine inside Hive, split out so other projects can use it too").
• It starts and supervises agents and sends them work. Source: the crux README "What is this?" section: "Crux starts the agent, keeps an eye on it, sends it work, and stops it when you say so."
• Crux is useful without Hive. Sources: the crux README "How it fits with Hive" section ("Nothing in Crux depends on Hive"), and agent/manager_tmux.go:374-376, which attaches pluk only when pluk is on PATH, so Crux does not require pluk either.
• The docs link /docs/crux/overview/introduction is the canonical Crux route. Sources: netlify.toml:117-118 redirects /docs/crux to it, and src/components/docs/DocsSidebar.tsx:40 links it.

Validation

• markdownlint-cli2 on both pages and the new fragment: 0 issues.
• vitest run scripts/changelog-fragments.test.ts: 7 passed.
• tsx scripts/check-internal-links.ts: 293 links, none broken.

Production note, not caused by this PR: docs.hivecommons.dev still serves the 2026-10-20 build (3a30e2e), because Netlify builds are skipped while the build-minute quota is exhausted (#419). This page change goes live with the next successful production deploy.
