[hivecommons-hive]

The site CSP connect-src omitted https://img.shields.io, so the three fetches in useGithubStats.ts were blocked; Promise.allSettled swallowed the rejections and the navbar kept its placeholders. This adds img.shields.io (and https://docs.hivecommons.dev, used by useSharedConfig on preview deploys), fixes the misleading comment, and extends the header test to assert both origins. Changelog fragment included.
