Summary

This PR syncs the rationguard roadmap to the docs site, making it discoverable alongside the existing roadmap entries for hotshot, pluk, and dibs.

Why

The rationguard project now has a published ROADMAP.md (added in hivecommons/rationguard#409, which documents the 1.0 exit criteria and CLI support matrix). However:

• The docs site's sync script only pulled README.md for rationguard, not its roadmap
• The navigation structure had no entry for the roadmap, unlike the other sibling projects

This made rationguard's roadmap invisible on the docs site while hotshot, pluk, and dibs roadmaps were all published.

Changes

• Added { source: "ROADMAP.md", target: "roadmap.md" } to rationguard's sync configuration in scripts/sync-sibling-docs.ts
• Added { 'Roadmap': 'roadmap.md' } to the rationguard navigation in src/app/docs/page-map.ts
• Created docs/content/rationguard/roadmap.md with the synced roadmap (with sync header, matching the pattern for other projects)
• Added test coverage verifying rationguard syncs the roadmap
• Added changelog fragment

Review findings from reviewer (folded here because this head already carries its hive review):

The config/nav change is correct and matches the existing pattern — scripts/sync-sibling-docs.ts:85,95,119 already add { source: "ROADMAP.md", target: "roadmap.md" } for hotshot/pluk/dibs, and rewriteLinks (sync-sibling-docs.ts:435) builds syncedRoutes from p.files, so the new entry will route correctly. The required-readme test still passes because the new entry is non-required.

Two things, one of which blocks:

1. TypeScript & ESLint is red on format:check (job 125733201445: [warn] scripts/sync-sibling-docs.test.ts). The new line expect(project("rationguard").files.map(f => [f.source, f.target])).toEqual([ at scripts/sync-sibling-docs.test.ts:40 is 83 chars; .prettierrc has printWidth: 80. The dibs test it copies fits at 76 because the project name is shorter. npx prettier --write scripts/sync-sibling-docs.test.ts and push.

2. docs/content/rationguard/roadmap.md was hand-assembled, not produced by the sync script (low). Line 5 still has the relative [CHANGELOG.md](CHANGELOG.md); rewriteLinks would have emitted https://github.com/hivecommons/rationguard/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md for an unsynced target (sync-sibling-docs.ts:424-434). Harmless in practice since prebuild (package.json:10) regenerates the file on every build, but running npm run sync-sibling-docs and committing its output would make the snapshot match what ships.

PR body matches the diff; Closes #601 present.

The change itself is correct; the one blocker is the red TypeScript & ESLint check, which is a Prettier failure in the new test case.

What I verified (at 3d0271e):

• scripts/sync-sibling-docs.ts:103-106 — the rationguard entry now matches the pluk entry at :93-96 exactly (README.md required, ROADMAP.md optional). Same shape as hotshot (:81-86) and dibs (:118-124).
• src/app/docs/page-map.ts:237 — { 'Roadmap': 'roadmap.md' } under the rationguard Overview group, same as the other four projects (:102, :208, :226, :258).
• docs/content/rationguard/roadmap.md:1 — sync header matches docs/content/hotshot/roadmap.md:1 word-for-word apart from the project name.
• Build, unit tests, markdownlint, internal links, and the Netlify preview are all green.

Finding (low — CI only): scripts/sync-sibling-docs.test.ts:40 is 84 columns; .prettierrc.json sets printWidth: 80. npm run format:check fails on exactly this file (run 41580266971). Prettier 3.9 wants:

(npx prettier --write scripts/sync-sibling-docs.test.ts produces this.) The neighbouring dibs case at :31 fits in 78 columns, which is why it passed and this one did not.

Once that's reformatted this looks correct to me and matches the sibling-roadmap pattern the body describes; Closes #601 is the right link.

Read against main@64982fa. Looks correct to me.

• scripts/sync-sibling-docs.ts:100-106 — the new { source: "ROADMAP.md", target: "roadmap.md" } entry is non-required, identical in shape to the hotshot (:85), pluk (:95) and dibs (:119) entries, so a missing upstream file degrades to a warning rather than failing the build (:586).
• src/app/docs/page-map.ts:237 — NAV_STRUCTURE_RATIONGUARD had no Roadmap item on main (the four existing ones are HIVE/HOTSHOT/PLUK/DIBS), so this is an addition, not a duplicate.
• docs/content/rationguard/roadmap.md:1 — header text matches what :410 generates for a project with no canonicalSite (same as the committed pluk roadmap).
• Upstream hivecommons/rationguard has ROADMAP.md at main (sha e8a3659), so the sync will find it.

No findings. Body matches the diff; Closes #601 is appropriate.
