Changes at thrash_poller_wiring_test.go:36 (exec /bin/sh), :94-96 (fatal on Enter send failure), :100 (requirePaneShows for rendered ⛔ line) and :117 (pane dump on failure) are unrelated to #14384 and not described in the PR body. They are correct (requirePaneShows exists at tmux_coverage_test.go:233; blockedActionPrefix is "⛔ " matching the printf octal escape) but should be noted in the body or split out.

Resolved by merged PR #14461, which superseded #14403. Its review-fix commit 6d9c018 explicitly dropped the unrelated thrash-poller wiring test hardening. The merged PR changes only the CI-poll report, its test, and its changelog fragment; src/crux/agent/thrash_poller_wiring_test.go is absent from its final diff. Verified merge commit 4356068 is on upstream/v5 (the default branch). No further repository change is needed for this scope finding.
