The message 'ioscan fail-closed blocked kick' is already classified by the ioscan_classifier_unavailable class (Keywords: ["ioscan classifier failed closed", "ioscan fail-closed blocked kick"]; see src/pkg/fleetreport/runtime.go line 195 on origin/v5). This is a selfreport of expected behavior when ioscan degrades, not a defect. PR #14659 extended the class to also match 'ioscan classifier failed open' under fail_mode:open, which is related but doesn't affect this message.
