Why

Owner decision: ACMM L6 is "Autonomous", not "Fully Autonomous". L6 still parks items for human decisions (approval desk, parked PRs), honours the hold label, cannot grant secrets / org membership / workflow pushes, and keeps an owner in the loop — so "full"/"fully" overstated what the level does.

Machine-stable / untouched

• The ACMM level is numeric everywhere (acmm_level: 6, level-6.yaml, acmmLevel* ints) — no config enum, API enum, label name, metric or audit action ever carried the string "fully autonomous", so no alias was needed and no config migration is required.
• *-full.md policy files / "full mode" (-full suffix) are a different, machine-consumed concept and are unchanged.
• CHANGELOG.md release history is unchanged.

Remaining git grep -i "full.\{0,3\}autonom" hits outside CHANGELOG.md: none.

Verification

go build ./... ✅, gofmt -l on changed files clean, inline <script> blocks of edited HTML parse. Tests left to CI per AGENTS.md.
