Renames changelog.d/docs-crux-stage4.md (from #14426) to changelog.d/changed-14426-crux-stage4-docs.md. Content unchanged.

docs is not a category src/scripts/compile-changelog.sh accepts, and the script validates every fragment before compiling, so the next tagged v5 release would abort on this file.

• Allowed categories are added/changed/deprecated/fixed/security: changelog.d/README.md ("Filename" rule) and the name regex in the validation loop of src/scripts/compile-changelog.sh.
• Current v5 fails to compile: on v5 @ c9a26e1, bash src/scripts/compile-changelog.sh errors on docs-crux-stage4.md and exits 1.
• This rename fixes it: on a scratch copy with the rename applied, the same command exits 0 and the entry lands under ### Changed in ## Unreleased.
• No fragment needed for this PR: changelog.d/README.md ("What qualifies") exempts everything outside src/.

Looks correct to me. Verified: the new name changed-14426-crux-stage4-docs.md matches the fragment regex at src/scripts/compile-changelog.sh:110, the content is unchanged and its first line starts with - as :119 requires, and after this rename no other file in changelog.d/ on this head has an invalid prefix. Pure rename, zero content delta.

Note for whoever merges: #14582 is about to add another fragment with the same class of problem (added-house-style.md, prose first line); flagged there.
