Finding: Negated media query would still count as a guard
unguardedSmoothScroll treats any @media prelude containing prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference as a guard (scripts/style-contract.test.mjs:415), so @media not (prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference) { html { scroll-behavior: smooth } } would pass silently. No such pattern exists in the tree and #282 does not ask for negation handling; adjacent hardening only.
