Publish the optional BYOI synthetic-state setup hook and pinned Probity integration in the installed tooling. Include the merged candidate compatibility gate and align current installation instructions.
Core 0.7, frozen publications, vectors and suite bytes remain unchanged. The release workflow builds and checks distributions, publishes through the existing trusted publisher, then verifies actual registry installations on three operating systems.
