Fabric Smart Client v0.26.0 is released. It requires fabric-x-committer v1.0.7 or later, since its finality and ledger services dial the committer's
SidecarService. This adds it to the orderer v1.0.7 / committer v1.0.7 row of the README compatibility matrix.
