See FRA ran on "NGC 1275 Sept Flare." Here we have several runs 143151 that did not have an end time marked in the database. FRA should do a better job of handling these so they don't accidentally get counted in the livetime. ie -> maybe automatically set to 0 esp if the number of GFU events is also 0?
