When I view the ballot page in Chrome, I get these headers: ``` HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Fri, 18 Sep 2026 19:20:05 GMT Server: Apache/2.4.68 (Debian) Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 X-Catalyst: 5.90132 Set-Cookie: ifcomp_session=756e63391ad327e88a890b66bde99dd0a30cf6c4; path=/; expires=Sun, 19-Sep-2027 01:20:05 GMT; HttpOnly; SameSite=Lax Set-Cookie: user_id=zLBxGvyHfW8%3D%0A; domain=ifcomp.org; path=/; expires=Sun, 19-Sep-2027 01:20:05 GMT Vary: Accept-Encoding Content-Encoding: gzip Content-Length: 45562 Keep-Alive: timeout=5, max=100 Connection: Keep-Alive ``` Site that are served by Cloudflare normally have `cf-ray` and `cf-cache-status` headers.

Setting up Cloudflare by itself probably won't do that much for us, but it will help a lot if we merge #489.
