- github-actions: changed from daily to weekly.
- bundler:
- incendilabs FHIR gems get their own group.
- Minor and patch version updates for general gems are grouped into one PR.
- Major updates for general gems come as separate PRs.
- docker:
- Ignores major and minor for Ruby, only patch updates are of interest.
