Program the second PWM block after GENET with fail-closed RNG1/DAT1/PWEN1 readback and leftover restore. No pin-mux and no output claim; SPI0 TA after GENET hung this bench (v120.bin + 0 soak). Metal: pwm4 ok=1 version=141 pwm1=1 en=1 restore=1 kernel8.img sha256 dcd78bd0bc8732fea57866fb527ad5b5b94f2d5a6d2304cb80803c45d8ade9f4 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
