[SYCL][E2E] USM/memops2d/memcpy2d_device_to_device.cpp fails on ARL with Level Zero v2 #23550

USM/memops2d/memcpy2d_device_to_device.cpp failed on the Linux ARL runner with Level Zero v2 (integrated Intel(R) Graphics 12.70.4, driver 1.17.39758):

This looks like the same Level Zero v2 2D memory copy problem tracked for DG2 in #23392 (copy2d_device_to_host.cpp, memcpy2d_host_to_device.cpp, copy2d_host_to_device.cpp), here on a different device and test.
