- permissions: add packages:read so workflows can pull faucet-r-base from GHCR - login to ghcr.io with GHCR_READ_TOKEN (fork) falling back to GITHUB_TOKEN (prod) - point each build job at faucet-r-base:rX.Y instead of :latest + dead R_VERSION arg - namespace images with vars.DOCKERHUB_NAMESPACE, defaulting to ixpantia

Summary
Refactors the Docker build process in
nightlyandreleaseworkflows to drastically cut execution time by decoupling the R base layer installation:ghcr.io/ixpantia/faucet-r-base:latestas the base image for R environments instead of compiling R from source on every matrix build.Dockerfileto allow passingBASE_IMAGEas a build argument./scriptsdirectory now maintained inixpantia/faucet-r-base.
