I build desktop software and AI developer tools, investigate numerical and concurrency bugs, and contribute fixes and features upstream. My research starts with a reproducible failure and an independent reference result.

62 merged PRs across 39 upstream projects, verified on 20 October 2026.
Including 2 contributions accepted through upstream imports, the total is 64 accepted contributions across 41 projects. GitHub records those imported PRs as closed without a merge timestamp, so they are listed separately:
- google/adk-python #7406 — SQLite in-memory session retention; accepted commit.
- pytorch/pytorch #196518 — CPython 3.13 list-comprehension tests for Dynamo; accepted commit.
These counts describe accepted upstream work; release inclusion and downstream adoption are separate questions.

| Project | What I contributed | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| JAX | Generalized Hermitian eigh for problem types 1–3, including batching, JIT, vmap and differentiation; a separate keyword-forwarding fix in reusable autodiff. |
Merged #41162, #41197, #41156 |
| Google DeepMind Optax | Finite reverse-mode gradients through global-norm clipping at zero updates. The regression includes a short optimizer loop whose meta-gradient previously became NaN. | Merged #1815 on 20 October 2026 |
| Qwen Code | PWA and Android development shell, encrypted connection profiles, scoped document selection and microphone consent, accessibility, and lifecycle/retry fixes. | Merged contributions |
| Google ADK | Go context isolation and concurrent completion-tool injection, continuing and crediting earlier implementations; SQLite in-memory session retention in Python. | Merged #1719, #1722; Python imported fix |
| fasthttp | Complete, case-insensitive Accept-Encoding token matching while preserving distinct punctuation in custom encodings. |
Merged #2479 on 17 October 2026 |
| Roboflow Supervision | Exposed sv.match_detections as a public detection-matching primitive. |
Merged #2557 |
| PyTorch | Ported CPython 3.13 list-comprehension tests into Dynamo's compatibility suite, with expected-failure markers for unsupported tracing cases. | Accepted #196518 via upstream import |
In JAX reliability notes, I publish the reproduction, reference calculation and regression evidence alongside the explanation:
- Differentiable linear algebra: generalized-eigh CPU lab, Fisher LDA articles in English and Russian, and a 45-minute worksheet in English / Russian.
- Optimizer correctness: finite meta-gradients through clipping, with an analytic reference and finite-difference checks.
- ML infrastructure reliability: concurrent Grain worker shutdown and etils lazy-import scope isolation, including lifecycle, threading and finalization cases. Both upstream fixes remain under review.
- AI-agent planning: Xynapse BVC evaluation, a 60-task evaluation with reproducible artifacts and research articles.
The JAX labs and worksheets are prepared teaching material, with CPU validation recorded in the repository. I have not yet delivered the workshop.
Current areas include Orbax mixed checkpoint restores, ADK Go tracing lifecycles, ADK Python tied-timestamp persistence tests, Genkit multipart tool handling, and traceAI streaming lifecycles.
My ADK JavaScript bundle-lifetime investigation and regression tests were consolidated into maintainer PR #1008, which is still open. These proposals are separate from the accepted totals above. All open upstream PRs →
