Jalno treated any SAPI whose name starts with
clias CLI. PHP’s built-in server reportscli-server, so those requests were classified as CLI instead of a web SAPI.cli-serveris now treated as CGI; a realcliSAPI is unchanged.php_sapi_name()can return values such asapache,apache2handler,cgi(until PHP 5.3),cgi-fcgi,cli,cli-server,embed,fpm-fcgi,litespeed, andphpdbg(return values). The router always needs a scheme. When neither existing headers nor server variables provide one, it now falls back to
http.
