Why?

Most knowledge workers already use AI — but without structure. They copy-paste into ChatGPT, get decent results sometimes, and have no idea why it works or when it doesn't. There's no onboarding, no curriculum, no progression. AI Fluency closes that gap: a free, open learning path from first conversations to autonomous delegation. No coding required.

Curriculum

Level Topic What you'll learn
L1 First Steps with AI What AI actually is, tool landscape, first conversations, understanding limits, do's & don'ts
L2 Intentional Prompting Prompt anatomy, techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought), iteration as method, task types, good vs. bad prompts
L3 Context as Infrastructure Persistent context, Claude Projects, Custom GPTs, M365 Copilot, system prompt design
L4 AI as Coworker Delegation spectrum, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Agent Mode, trust calibration, EU AI Act basics

Plus a glossary with 27 key terms.

How each lesson works

Every lesson follows a consistent pattern:

OVERVIEW (what and why) → CORE CONCEPT (the key idea) → HOW IT WORKS (step by step) → EXAMPLES (concrete, real-world) → DO'S & DON'TS (practical guardrails) → TAKEAWAY (one sentence you'll remember)

No code. No setup. Just clear explanations and actionable knowledge.
