   Work guidelines for this issue

   This is a backlog list, not one task. Each bullet is its own small PR with its own scope.

   • One bullet per PR, and only one of these PRs open at a time. Don't start the next bullet until the current PR merges.
   • Do only what the bullet says. Anything a bullet doesn't state is out of scope, including race handling, caches, bulk paths, retries and new subsystems, unless the owner adds it here first.
   • Target size: about 500 changed lines or less. If a PR grows past that, stop and ask the owner.
   • Review rounds: after 3 rounds, stop fixing. Audit the PR for drift against its bullet and find out why findings keep coming before pushing again.
   • Review findings: a finding counts only if it breaks something this issue, the docs or an existing test states. Edge cases outside the bullet's scope go to backlog, not into the PR.

   Status: optional reason DM on kick and ban (#381), rejoin note (#384), user info case lines (#383) and voice channel lookup (#385) are merged. The automod delete log line (#382) is open and over scope. Softban, bans with an expiry, reminders, scheduled posts and per-user timezone are not started.
