• Tokio update: Cargo.lock moves Tokio from 1.53.3 to 1.54.1 and updates its checksum, with no other dependency or application changes. The checksum matches crates.io, the release is not yanked, and its Rust 1.85 minimum is compatible with the pinned 1.96.0 toolchain.
