Before: the task registry had no record of two follow-ups that came out of the 0118 P5b and 0117 P2 reviews. The index also lacked rows for 0145 and 0146, and 0146 still read as in progress after #435 merged.

After: the registry has two new tasks.

  • 0147 covers what a macro call still costs: argument copies, frame take and release, and argument checks.
  • 0148 lets name uses outside any loop, macro or call body skip the lookup cache, because with an epoch per render they always miss.

0146 is marked done. Option 2 merged in #435, and #437 brought Load/plain_text under its pre-wave count, so the perf track no longer needs option 1. Option 1 stays an API choice for Ruslan.

How: four files under docs/tasks/ change. This is a docs-only change, so only the format check runs. Roles: none, since this is a docs batch. There were no verifier rounds and no red pushes.

Filed from the 0118 P5b and 0117 P2 reviews. Also adds the missing index
rows for 0145 and 0146 and closes 0146 (option 2 merged in #435; the perf
track no longer needs option 1 since #437 brought plain_text under target).
