If the timezone lookup failed at startup and no cached timezone was available, the clock stayed on UTC—making it one or two hours slow depending on the season.

This change retries the lookup every minute until it succeeds, then saves the result for the next boot.

Testing: Successfully built and flashed the ESP32 firmware with the Mario clockface.

Retry failed timezone resolution when no cached timezone is available.

Handy fix, got misled so many times when it restarted and TZ lookup failed.
