I understand this as a feature request to show the timer on different devices synchronuosly to let different workgroups work separately and get them together after the time is up. Correct?

the QR-Code is not necessary, but nice to share the link easily

quite interesting idea. I know about http://cuckoo.team/ and afaik, it shares its current status over the network.
But I can imagine that a QR Code with all parameter could be enough in our case...

We could use a short link for the QR Code, to keep the pattern small.

#6 and #7 would help much to implement this. With a start and end time which can be set by URL parameter, the link to share could simply include these and the timer starts and ends synchronously on all devices.
