Run Locally

Prerequisites: Node.js

1. Install dependencies: npm install
2. Set the GEMINI_API_KEY in .env.local to your Gemini API key
3. Run the app: npm run dev

Backend API

The mini program can call a lightweight proxy API that wraps Gemini and returns review segments in the shape your frontend expects.

1. Ensure GEMINI_API_KEY is set in .env.local
2. Start the server: npm run server
3. POST http://localhost:8787/api/audit with JSON: {"input":"https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/xxxx"} or raw text

Optional: add ?mock=1 to return mock data without calling Gemini.

Docker

Build and run both frontend + API:

docker compose up --build

• Frontend: http://localhost:5173
• API: http://localhost:8787/api/health

Optional (when you need a different API base for the frontend build):

docker build --target web --build-arg VITE_API_BASE=http://localhost:8787 -t wecheck-web .
