Code how-to

Enter the BSA/sample absorbances in the indicated area

Change the following if you are NOT using the lab protocol:

• Change line 9-20 if you are using a different amount of BSA to generate the standard curve
• Change line 72 if you are not loading 5/5/10 uL of sample
