What is done?

• Creates content/docs//<mês-pt>/.md, auto-creating the year/month folders if they don't exist yet (using the same lowercase, no-accent month names your layouts/home.html and existing content already use, e.g. marco, setembro).
• Generates the slug from the title (strips accents, lowercases, hyphenates).
• Sets date to today, tags from what you pass in (or [] if none), and draft: true always — you flip it to false by hand once it's ready to publish.
• Refuses to overwrite if a post with that slug already exists that month.
