Overview
Adds the Personal Shopper with Link and Eve cookbook to the docs: a new card under Harnesses & models on cookbooks.mdx linking to Stripe’s stripe-samples/agents sample, with copy about KERNEL browsing and Link wallet–approved purchases.

Also adds a minimal cookbooks/personal-shopper.mdx stub (title + external URL) and registers it in docs.json navigation alongside the other cookbook pages.
