Overview
Release 0.118.0 bumps package version and changelog; behavior changes are reflected in generated vault types and docs.

Vault listing adds an optional query on client.vaults.list() (VaultListParams) for case-insensitive name substring search (exact ID match).

Kernel payment vault items extend wallet and card unions with KernelWalletVaultItemSpec / KernelWalletState (hosted card_enrollment, connected enrollment states) and KernelCardVaultItemSpec / KernelCardState (purchase bound to a wallet, merchant URL, authorize/fill like Link cards). Authorize and fill operation docs now include Kernel cards alongside Link; card mask types gain optional token_last4. Deletion docs describe blocking payments and removing enrolled cards when deleting a connected Kernel wallet.

Exports and api.md list the new types; a skipped vault list test passes query through.
