Overview
Release 0.119.0 ships SDK types and docs for a new managed_auth credential vault provider, alongside the usual version/changelog bumps.

Vault credential items can now use provider: 'managed_auth' with a connection_id pointing at a managed auth connection in the same project. The item stores no secrets; it reads the connection’s saved credential at fill time, with ready / unavailable state, optional fields metadata on single-item reads, and documented 404/409 cases (wrong project, no saved credential, external provider, etc.).

Credential unions (CredentialVaultItemSpec, inputs, state) and public exports are extended accordingly. Related doc updates clarify that managed auth items advertise fill when ready, reject PATCH, keep version at 1, delete without changing the connection, and support fill bindings from state.fields after a GET.
