Overview
Release 0.120.0 bumps package and manifest versions and adds a changelog entry for search provider defaults reflected in the generated Search API types.

Search type docs now state that Exa contents.highlights defaults to true (set false to disable), and that Perplexity search_context_size defaults to medium unless max_tokens or max_tokens_per_page is set. No SDK client logic changes—only JSDoc on src/resources/search/search.ts.
