📚 BookNow 📚 booklist app

This project was a fun simple project created with the aim of using some REST API endpoints and connecting a REACT front-end app with a Node.js back-end. To see a video walkthrough, please see this video walkthrough

Getting started

After cloning the repository, install npm and start it in the backend and frontend directories.

npm install

Start the application in the backend directory first then the frontend directory.

npm start

Running Tests

To run the unit tests, navigate to the frontend directory and run:

npm test

Features

• Users can retrieve the initial book list available.
• Users can add a book and its reading schedule (using a datepicker) to the list of books.
• Users can update the title of a book or its schedule.
• Users can delete books from the list of books.
