Adds conda packaging, same setup as khanlab/zarrnii.

The push_conda.yml workflow uses the khanlab pixi publish action. It runs in three cases:

  • Release published: builds the package and uploads it to akhanf/khanlab.
  • PR that changes pyproject.toml or the workflow: builds only, no upload.
  • Manual dispatch: for testing.

The conda version comes from the release tag (e.g. v1.4.0 gives 1.4.0).

Run dependencies are listed in [tool.pixi.package.run-dependencies], not converted from [project.dependencies] (ignore-pyproject-manifest = true). Converting kept the PyPI SimpleITK==2.2.1 pin even with an override, because both constraints ended up in the package. That pin conflicts with SPIMquant's simpleitk>=2.4. Explicit deps also leave out typing (stdlib) and pytest (tests only).

Built locally with pixi build. Package depends on: python >=3.9, pytorch >=2.3.0, simpleitk >=2.2.1, nibabel, numpy, scipy, scikit-image, matplotlib-base, tqdm, pandas, hydra-core.

Needs the PREFIX_API_KEY secret available to this repo for the upload step.

Same setup as khanlab/zarrnii: the package is published to akhanf/khanlab by
the khanlab pixi publish action when a GitHub release is published, and built
without uploading on PRs that change the packaging.

Run dependencies are listed explicitly rather than converted from
[project.dependencies], to relax the SimpleITK==2.2.1 pin (it conflicts with
packages needing newer SimpleITK) and leave out typing and pytest.
