Decide whether to double down, improve the CI cliff, or pivot the wedge — without expanding into enterprise SSO or reviving other product GTM by default.

Kill / pivot criteria (from strategy)

• <10 stranger installs/week and 0 paying Pro users → change wedge (e.g. MCP proxy) or other write-path experiment
• Do not build enterprise SSO as the escape hatch
