Change package prefix to more sane one

Two points

• com.github.multitool isn't specific enough to ringfence it to the kolmafia org. I would personally use us.kolmafia.multitool. If I could I would move kolmafia core to that too.
• We should eventually rename from multitool to a less fun name like KoLmafia-Launcher. I'm not sure the tool will ever do enough things to justify its current name 😛

OK to both. I will work on "us.kolmafia.multitool." soon in the hopes the IDE will make it easy. Need to think about the rename a bit. Renaming the jar is easy, Renaming the project less so. I am amused because making this a launcher was an after thought for me and perhaps the first thing about the project that appealed to you. But I can imagine a future where a user is asked to down load and run this to update and run KoLmafia and KoLmafia-Launcher is a much better name for that time.
