Interactive visualization of the Polish legislative process using the example of a bill banning fur farming. The application allows users to set their own probabilities for each stage of the process and observe how they affect the overall chance of legislative success.

2. 1st Reading in Sejm - general debate

4. 2nd Reading in Sejm - debate on committee report
5. 3rd Reading in Sejm - final vote
6. Senat - review by upper chamber
7. President - signature, veto, or referral to Constitutional Tribunal
8. Final scenarios - veto override, Constitutional Tribunal decision, Senat amendments

Running

1. Clone the repository
2. Open index.html file in browser
3. Adjust probabilities using sliders
4. Observe changes in the Sankey diagram

Controls

• Sliders: Automatic adjustment of sums to 100%
• Zoom: Mouse wheel or +/- buttons
• Drag: Hold and drag the diagram
• Reset: Reset button to default values
• Export: Diagram export button

Legal notes

• Veto override requires 3/5 votes in Sejm (276 out of 460 MPs)
• President has 21 days to make a decision
• Senat amendments can be accepted by simple majority in Sejm
