ci: name release and dev artifacts after the app and version - #39

Release assets become FloatDeck-<tag>.apk plus a zipped copy, so regular, pre-release and manually dispatched tags all carry their identity. CI debug builds upload FloatDeck-dev-<versionName>-g<sha>.apk to tell them apart from release artifacts.
