fix(settings): unblock sway and tilt-symmetry state collection - #41

A Flow collect call never returns, so collectors stacked after another collect in the same coroutine never ran — the sway toggle (and the tilt symmetry switch) ignored taps in the UI. Each flow now gets its own collection coroutine.
