feat: quick download from the RSS article context menu - #29

"Quick Download" POSTs the article's torrent/magnet straight to torrents/add with the server's default parameters — no add-torrent dialog round-trip. It counts as reading like the dialog flow and toasts the same "Added successfully" / error as the dialog's submit.
Enter keeps opening the prefilled add dialog; Shift+Enter takes the Quick Download path (server defaults, no dialog). The hotkey legend on the RSS page gains the new combination in every locale.
The article table's sort was component state, so leaving the RSS page or reloading fell it back to date-desc. It now lives in the persistent ui store (qiubi-ui), right beside the torrent table's sorting.
