[detail-app]

Remove the never-called impl Default for InflightManager block from
foyer-memory/src/inflight.rs. It has no callers anywhere in the workspace
(InflightManager::new() is used directly instead), is not bound by any
T: Default constraint, and is not part of the crate's public API
(mod inflight is private and InflightManager is not re-exported in
the prelude).
