Release 0.8.0: pair now covers more than code review.

Features (already on main)

• pair reviewer (Change a running auto session's reviewer settings with pair reviewer #28): change a running auto session's reviewer model or effort without a restart; --thread current fixes a thread whose round failed.
• Spec review (Review specs and plans in ordinary threads, in any format #29): a spec or plan in any format is reviewed in an ordinary thread, and a later code review can cite it under ## Spec.
• Brainstorms (Add brainstorm threads: continue/complete turns with a fixed budget #30): pair send request --brainstorm, with continue|complete turns, a budget stored when the thread opens, and a closing summary. Both agents need 0.8.0.

This PR

• Docs (12a6bd7):
  • a README Workflows section (what to ask the author, how each thread ends, spec review and brainstorm details);
  • one Changing the reviewer section;
  • pair reviewer in the command list and a current pair status example;
  • later sections renumbered, with old anchors kept;
  • a DESIGN known limit.
  • Codex approved it, with one minor note I left out (an anchor that was never released).
• Release (432e9ed): version 0.8.0 in package.json and package-lock.json, plus the CHANGELOG entry.

npm test: 119 pass on 0.8.0.

After merge: tag v0.8.0, create the GitHub release, then npm publish --ignore-scripts --otp=… (run by the maintainer).
