Release 0.8.1: guidance for parallel work with subagents. Instructions and docs only; no runtime behavior change.

A subagent inherits the auto author's pair environment (PAIR_AUTO_ROLE=author, the session's PAIR_AUTO_RUN, PAIR_BIN); this was verified in a live session. If it follows "when you finish a task, send a request", it opens a real thread in one of two places:

• in a checkout other subagents are still editing;
• in its own worktree, where no auto session serves the request, so the request is left on disk.

What

• Agents' instructions: a new Delegating work section.
  • The parent owns requests, responses, retries and verdicts.
  • It tells subagents to return changes and validation results without running pair, integrates them, and keeps the checkout stable during each round.
  • It reviews separate PRs one at a time in the session's worktree; a subagent's worktree is removed only once its work is committed, never by force.
  • A subagent is told not to run pair even with the author's role in its environment.
• Finish-a-task triggers now apply only to the agent that owns the review loop.
• Auto author prompt: one matching sentence, including the separate-PR case.
• README: a new §5.3 Parallel work.
• DESIGN: a Delegation row in the decisions table.
• Release: version 0.8.1 and its CHANGELOG entry.
