QC check for multiple date formats in the same file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If have a mix of date formats records get dropped.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have the Shiny app kick out an error message (e.g., Shiny Alert).

For the console have a message that pops up if have different formats instead of continuing and dropping records.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
