What

docs/WEB.md is updated for the owner's decision (2026-10-17): the web editor is hosted on app.levelcode.ai, and signing in at levelcode.ai lands you in it.

Docs only; no code. Companion PRs: systemu-net/thin.ly#454 (backend) and systemu-net/onetime#100 (account site).

…lcode.ai lands in it

The owner chose app.levelcode.ai (2026-10-17). The rule that the editor must not be on a subdomain
of the account host held while the API took the account's session cookie from any page of the
site; systemu-net/thin.ly#454 makes it take the cookie only from the account site's own pages, and
makes a sign-in on the account site land in the editor (with ?signin=1) while the web edition is
on. Deploying says so, what a subdomain can still do (plant a cookie for the parent domain; run
what the page runs) and that the backend goes first; the settings table and the sign-in section
say where a sign-in lands; the owner's decision 1 is recorded.
