chore: release v0.8.0 - #11

Conversation
Moves the [Unreleased] entries under a v0.8.0 heading, refreshes the compare links, and aligns the version in both manifests with the tag. The release is what makes the clients reachable: lich installs opencode and Crush by fetching files at the latest release's tag, so until this one exists those two are documented but uninstallable.

Cuts v0.8.0: the release that carries the opencode and Crush clients from #10.
[Unreleased]entries moved under av0.8.0heading, compare links refreshedversionaligned with the tag in.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonand.codex-plugin/plugin.jsonThis is the release lich installs from. lich#220 adds Install/Update buttons for opencode and Crush, and both fetch their files at the latest release's tag — so until v0.8.0 is tagged, those two rows are documented but uninstallable (v0.7.0 carries neither client).

Per the release checklist in
CLAUDE.md, the tag and the GitHub release are still to be cut by hand:Test plan
