chore: release v0.9.0 - #13
Merged
Merged
Conversation
Moves the [Unreleased] entry under a v0.9.0 heading, refreshes the compare links, and aligns the version in both manifests with the tag. The release is what makes the tools reachable: lich installs opencode by fetching the module at the latest release's tag, so until this one exists the seven tools are merged and uninstallable. It is also the version lich will check against before pointing a relayed message at a tool the session may not have.

The release is what makes the work reachable: lich installs opencode by fetching
the module at the latest release's tag, so until this exists the seven tools
from #12 are merged and uninstallable.
It is also the number lich#222 is
waiting on. A relayed message decides whether to name the
reply_to_sessiontool or the shell command, and pointing a session at a tool its installed plugin
predates is worse than naming the command, which works everywhere — so that
check needs a version to compare against, and this is it.
After the merge
git tag v0.9.0 && git push origin v0.9.0(what v0.8.0 did)
Test plan
node --test tests/— 121 pass.[Unreleased]now compares from v0.9.0.
